How to generate a transcript in Alphana

  1. Upload your video or audio file:

    1. Begin by uploading your video or audio file to Alphana.

  2. Select a template or AI card:

    1. Choose any template or AI card to generate content from your file. This step is necessary to access the transcript.

  3. Generate content:

    1. Once the content is generated, you can access the transcript.

  4. Click on “Transcript”:

    1. In the top header of the project page, click the “Transcript” button to view the full transcript of your file.

How to access your transcript

There are multiple ways to access your transcript:

  1. From the Project/App:

    1. Open the project or app where you’ve uploaded your file.

    2. Click on the “Transcript” button in the top header.

  2. From the Three-Dot Menu:

    1. Click the three-dot button near your profile icon or next to the “Contents” menu bar.

    2. Select “View Transcript” from the options.

How to copy your transcript

  1. Open the transcript:

    1. Click on the “Transcript” button

  2. Copy the transcript:

    1. You can either highlight the text you want to copy and then use the copy function, or click the “Copy” button to copy the entire transcript for use in other documents or platforms.

How to regenerate a transcript

  1. Click the Three-Dot Menu:

    1. Click the three-dot button near your profile icon.

  2. Select “Regenerate Transcript”:

    1. Choose “Regenerate Transcript” from the dropdown menu. Regenerating a transcript consumes additional AI credits, and in most cases, the transcript will be the same as the original.
