What if I upgrade my tier in AppSumo, but it doesn’t reflect in Alphana?

Learn how to refresh your Alphana account to reflect your AppSumo upgrade by clicking Redeem and Launch Product, then log out and back in.

If you’ve upgraded to a higher tier in AppSumo but don’t see the change in Alphana, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the product in AppSumo, click Redeem, then Launch Product. This transfers the upgraded license to Alphana.

    1. Note: Even if you previously redeemed your license, you’ll need to do this again after upgrading to transfer the new tier to Alphana.

  2. If the tier still isn’t correct, log out of Alphana and log back in to refresh your account.

  3. Still having issues? Please contact support and attach your PDF invoice from AppSumo showing the license details (note: we need the actual invoice, not just an invoice number). Our team will help associate the upgraded license in our system.
