Do Forever Credits ever expire?
No. They remain in your account until you spend them, whether that is next month or three years from now.

Can I buy more than one pack?
Yes. Increase the quantity at checkout or mix different pack sizes. Every pack is added to a single balance.

Can I top up later?
Yes, but after August 3, 2025, only the standard 12‑month packs will be available and those cost up to twice as much per credit.

When exactly will the credits arrive?
We load them within 5–7 business days. You will see the new balance in your Alphana dashboard and receive a confirmation email.

Where can I see my Forever Credits balance?
Dashboard → Settings → Usage. Look for the “Forever Credits” line under Total Balance.
​

What happens to my unused monthly credits?
Monthly credits still reset each billing cycle. Forever Credits are unaffected.
​

Do Forever Credits work with every Alphana feature?
Yes. If your plan covers a feature, Forever Credits can pay for it.
​

Can I transfer credits to another account?
No. Forever Credits are tied to the account that made the purchase.
​

Are refunds available?
All Forever Credits sales are final. Please double‑check quantities before you check out.

Can I use Forever Credits inside the Visuals product?
Not yet. These packs apply to the main Alphana platform. We will announce Visuals compatibility in the future.

I’m an AppSumo Lifetime customer. Can I use this?
Yes! You can use Forever Credits on top of any AppSumo tier.
