Can I log into both products with one account?
Not at this time. Visuals and Alphana Studio require separate accounts right now, even if you use the same email address.
Side note: You can use the same email address and the same password for both products, but you still need to create the account twice:

Visuals and Alphana Studio are separate products
They are two different products on two different websites:

Alphana Studio: app.alphana.ai
They have different features, different plans, and different credit systems.
Do subscriptions carry over between products?
No. A Visuals subscription does not give you access to Alphana Studio.
An Alphana Studio subscription does not give you access to Visuals.
Each product has its own subscription plans and billing.
Do credits carry over between products?
No. Visuals Credits and Alphana Studio credits are separate and do not transfer.
If you purchase credits or have monthly credits in one product, they cannot be used in the other.
What should I use each product for?
Use Visuals (visuals.alphana.ai) if you want to create images and videos from scratch, especially for music marketing.
Common Visuals use cases:
Create Cover Art and Images from scratch
Create Spotify Canvas and looping videos
Create lyric videos
Turn images into motion videos (including cover art or artist photos)
Create posters and other music visuals
Edit and assemble visuals in a built-in video editor (useful for finishing touches and exports)
Use Alphana Studio (app.alphana.ai) if you want to repurpose existing content and run content workflows across platforms.
Common Alphana Studio use cases:
Turn existing long videos into short clips
Generate content workflows using AI Cards and templates
Create posts for LinkedIn and other platforms from existing content
Generate text-based content like threads, newsletters, and blogs from existing videos/audio/text
Organize and reuse content with repeatable workflows (so your team can do the same process every time)
Alphana Studio focuses on turning what you already have into lots of marketing content. Visuals focuses on generating and editing visual assets.
Troubleshooting login issues
If you can log into one product but not the other, it usually means your account was only created on one site.
Fix:
Go to the product you want to use
Click Sign up
Use the same email address and password you used in the other product
That creates your account for that product.

Can I merge my Visuals and Alphana Studio subscriptions?
Not at this time. They are billed separately.
