FAQ

Can Alphana cancel my subscription for me?

No. For security reasons, we can’t cancel subscriptions on your behalf. You must cancel through the Stripe Billing Portal.

When will I stop getting billed?

After you cancel in the Stripe Billing Portal, you will not be billed again going forward.

Do I need to delete my account to stop billing?

No. Cancelling your subscription is what stops billing. You can keep your account without being billed.

I can’t find the Billing Portal button. What should I do?

First, double-check these steps:

  1. Click the Alphana logo (top-left)

  2. Click your profile email address

  3. Click Billing

  4. Click the Billing Portal tab

  5. Look for the Open Billing Portal button

If you still don’t see it, there are two common reasons:

  • You’re logged into a different account than the one that has the subscription

  • You purchased Alphana through AppSumo (lifetime), which has no subscription and no Billing Portal button

If you’ve confirmed the steps above and it still isn’t showing, open the in-app support chat and select Talk to a human.

Important: before you message us, please take a screenshot of your Billing page and include it in your message so we can see what you’re seeing.
