Do remaining credits or hours from the free trial carry over?
No. Once you upgrade, any remaining credits or hours from your free trial do not carry over. Instead, the system will automatically reset your usage to zero, giving you a fresh start.
If I buy credits during the free trial, can I use them after the trial ends?
Not unless you upgrade to an active paid Alphana subscription.
You can purchase One-Time Credits while you’re on the free trial, but credits only work with an active paid plan.
If your free trial ends and you don’t upgrade, any purchased credits will remain on your account, but they’ll be unavailable until you start a paid subscription again.
Why does this happen?
During your free trial, you might notice that your usage can go negative after you hit the limit. This happens because the free trial is essentially unlimited, even though we set a soft limit.
When you upgrade to a paid plan, your usage gets reset to ensure you start with a clean slate and the proper credit allocation for your subscription.
How does it work after upgrading?
Once you’ve upgraded, you'll have 30 days from the billing date to use your new credits and hours. The reset is automatic, so you don’t have to worry about losing out on anything.
