Which AI models does Visuals run?
Visuals is model agnostic. We run leading image and video models from Google, OpenAI, Kling, Luma, Runway, Seedance, and FLUX, plus AI voices from ElevenLabs and OpenAI. You pick the model per card, and Visuals shows the credit cost before it runs.
We add and swap models often. The release notes list what is live right now.
How credits work
Everything you generate uses credits. Bigger models and longer video cost more. Visuals always shows the cost before a generation runs, and credits are automatically refunded if a generation fails.

Plans
Free. 100 one time credits, 720p, watermarked exports, no commercial use. Good for a first look.
Creator. 400 credits a month, 1080p, no watermark, full commercial rights, 10GB storage, 2 generations at once.
Pro. 900 credits a month, premium AI models, 100GB storage, 3 generations at once, custom avatars and voices, priority support.
Enterprise. Custom credit pool, unlimited storage, custom concurrency, SSO, API access, an SLA, and a dedicated account manager.
Annual billing saves 20%. Pro also comes in larger credit tiers if you need more than 900 credits a month, and you pick the size when you upgrade. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Which plan should I be on?
Releasing a few singles a year, on your own: Creator.
Posting weekly, or covering more than one artist: Pro.
Running out of credits before your reset date most months: move up a credit tier. It costs less per credit than buying one time packs.
More than one person needs to log in: talk to us about a team setup.
Catalog work, a full roster, or more than 25,000 credits a month: Enterprise.
Need SSO, a purchase order, a security review, a DPA, or control over which AI models your team can use: Enterprise.

I ran out of credits before my reset date
Two options:
Buy one time credits. They last 12 months and are used after your monthly credits run out. You need a paid plan to buy them.
Move up a plan or credit tier. Better value if it happens most months.
Rights, ownership, and training
All paid plans include full commercial use rights. You own the assets you generate.
The Free plan is for testing. It does not include commercial use.
We do not use your content, prompts, or outputs to train our models, and training is turned off with the AI providers we run on.
Enterprise agreements can include IP indemnification for the models that carry that protection, and a model allowlist so only approved models are available to your team. We cover the specifics on a call.
Security and compliance
We are working toward SOC 2 and are in the final stages of preparing for the audit. Our trust portal at trust.visuals.fm holds our controls, policies, and sub processors, and your security team can request access.
We have already cleared a major label partner's enterprise AI, security, and compliance review, including the full policy set.

Can your team just make the videos for us?
Yes. Alongside the platform we offer Forward Deployed Creative Services, where our creative team builds the workflows, produces the assets, and delivers them to you. Teams usually pick one of two paths:
Self serve. Your team runs Visuals off a credit pool. Lower cost per asset, your people do the work.
Managed. We run production end to end. Higher cost per asset, almost no lift on your side.
Plenty of customers start managed and move to self serve as their team learns the tool. Book a call to scope it.
Can we try it before we buy?
Yes. Anyone can start free. For teams and labels we usually set up a short pilot: we load credits onto your team's accounts, run a live onboarding session with example workflows already built for you, give everyone a week or two to build, then regroup on what you made. Ask about a pilot.
Common questions
Do I have to upload a song?
No. Many features work from a prompt and reference images. Audio is only needed for song driven output like a lyric video.
Can I use my own footage instead of AI clips?
Yes, and it is much cheaper on credits. Upload your own video and Visuals will cut, caption, and finish it.
Can I keep a consistent look across a release or a roster?
Yes. Use reference images, save a look in My Styles, give the Agent custom instructions, and reuse saved flows.
Do you support other languages?
Yes, including lyric and caption work in languages other than English.
Can more than one person use my account?
Plans are per user today, with team workspaces on the way. If you need several people working now, talk to us about a team or Enterprise setup.
Do you have an API?
Yes, on Enterprise. You call our endpoints from your own systems.
